Many people may wonder, Why a strawberry mark for a sake brewery?
This trademark was created to commemorate our 90th anniversary.
We wanted a mark that honors our brewery’s history and roots, while also being unforgettable at first glance. So we designed it by combining the cedar ball, a symbol of the brewery, with Dutch strawberries from the strawberry farm that inspired our founding.
