Terms of Use

These Terms govern the services provided through this website. (Sanko Masamune Co., Ltd.).

1. A person who, after agreeing to these Terms and completing the prescribed membership procedures, is approved by us will be referred to as a "Member".
2. If we determine that approval as a Member is inappropriate, we may decline membership approval.
3. A single Member may register only one account.

1. Members shall bear full responsibility for managing the password registered on this site and for its use.
2. Transfer, sale, lending, or any similar act involving passwords is strictly prohibited.
3. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from a Member's negligent use of a password or use by a third party. Any expression of intent made to the Company using a password shall be deemed a valid expression of intent by the Member corresponding to that password.

1. We will manage members’ registration information, and, in principle, information that can identify an individual, such as name, address, phone number, and email address, shall not be provided outside the Company, except for entrustment to subcontractors within the scope necessary to provide this service and except where the Member has consented to disclosure by the Member themself.
2. Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, in the following cases, we may disclose some of the registration information, such as name and address, without the Member's consent.
　(1) When we determine that disclosure to the police or related authorities is necessary because it would be detrimental to us, other Members, or third parties
　(2) When we determine to comply with a request from the police, courts, prosecutors' offices, bar associations, consumer centers, or institutions with authority equivalent to these, to disclose registration information
　(3) When we otherwise determine that disclosure is appropriate
3. We shall not permit any false declarations regarding any item of the registration information declared by a Member at the time of joining.
4. If any change occurs in a Member's registration information, the Member shall promptly complete the prescribed procedures.

Members may not reproduce, sell, publish, or otherwise use any information obtained through us beyond the scope of private use, except where approved by us, including obtaining the consent of any third party who holds rights to the relevant information through us.

We prohibit Members from engaging in, or from any act that may lead to, the following:
(1) Acts contrary to public order and morals
(2) Acts related to criminal conduct
(3) Acts that violate laws and regulations, etc.
(4) Acts that infringe copyrights or other intellectual property rights of us, other Members, or third parties
(5) Acts that infringe the property, privacy, etc. of us, other Members, or third parties
(6) Acts that cause disadvantage to us, other Members, or third parties
(7) Acts that defame or slander us, other Members, or third parties
(8) Acts that interfere with the operation of our site, etc., or damage our credibility
(9) All business activities conducted using a Member's status without our approval
(10) Election campaigning or similar acts, or acts that violate laws and regulations such as the Public Offices Election Act
(11) Acts of providing false answers to any surveys conducted by us, including membership procedures
(12) Acts of transmitting or writing harmful computer programs, etc. (13) Acts of unauthorized use of ID and password
(14) Any other act deemed by us to be inappropriate as the conduct of the Member concerned

1. If any of the following apply, we may revoke Member status without prior notice to or consent from the Member concerned.
(1) If the Member violates the prohibited acts set forth in Article 6 or any other provisions of these Terms
(2) If we determine that information declared by a Member at the time of joining or in subsequent surveys was intentionally false
(3) If the password was used or allowed to be used unlawfully
(4) If any unauthorized act not recognized by us occurred
(5) If any other act was deemed inappropriate by us
2. When status is revoked, all rights the Member holds against us will also terminate.

If a Member wishes to cancel their membership, the Member shall notify us in accordance with the prescribed procedures, and withdrawal will take effect after completion of the withdrawal procedures by us.

We may change these Terms from time to time without prior notice to or consent from Members. The contents of any changes shall be deemed accepted by all Members when displayed on this site for one month. However, if unforeseen circumstances are anticipated, such as the possibility of disadvantaging third parties, the Terms may be changed without waiting for the above period.

1. In the following cases, we may suspend or interrupt part or all of our services without prior notice to or consent from Members.
(1) When the site undergoes routine maintenance or updates, or when an emergency occurs
(2) When continued operation of this site becomes difficult due to force majeure such as fire, power outage, natural disaster, or other unforeseen circumstances
2. Even if Members suffer disadvantages or damages due to the above circumstances, we shall be relieved of all responsibility.

2. Even if the service content is changed or discontinued pursuant to the preceding paragraph, if a Member suffers disadvantage or damage, we shall be relieved of all responsibility.

The personal information we collect will be handled as follows. When you provide personal information to us, we kindly ask for your consent to the following handling practices.
1. The purposes of use of this personal information are as follows:
(1) Member management
(2) Sales of products and services
(3) Packing and shipping of products, etc.
(4) Provision of warranties and after-sales service, including customer inquiries
(5) Information analysis, such as analysis of purchaser demographics
(6) Providing information about new products and new services, and conducting surveys for customers
2. We will not disclose or leak the above personal information to third parties. However, please note the following exceptions.

(6) After you enter personal information, you may request disclosure of personal information such as your name, address, and phone number from us. In addition, if the disclosed personal information contains any error, you may request us to correct or delete it. If you wish to request disclosure, correction, or deletion, please contact the person in charge or consultation desk regarding your personal information in the next item.

1. We shall not be liable for any damages suffered by Members or third parties due to delays or interruptions in the provision of services on this site, for any reason whatsoever.
2. We shall not be liable for the accuracy or suitability for a particular purpose of information obtained through use of the services on this site.
3. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from information obtained through use of the services on this site.
4. If a dispute arises between a Member and another Member or a third party regarding information or services provided through this site, the Member shall resolve it at their own expense and responsibility and shall not cause any damage to us.
5. We shall not be liable at all for the performance of obligations related to transactions such as the sale and purchase of goods between Members and third parties conducted through this site, or for disputes arising in connection with other transactions.
6. We shall not be liable at all for any issues arising from the disclosure of a Member's registration information under Article 4, Paragraphs 2 and 3.

1. Application method Applications for use of this service shall be made through this site. 2. Application hours Product orders are accepted 24 hours a day, but there may be times when applications cannot be accepted due to server maintenance, etc. Even in such cases, we shall bear no responsibility whatsoever. 3. Displayed prices Prices are shown including tax. 4. Shipping and COD handling fees Shipping fees vary depending on each product and the delivery area, so Members must be sure to check each product details page. In addition, Members using this service will be required to pay the COD handling fee. 5. Payment method Payment for fees arising from use of this service shall be made by COD payment. COD payment is a payment method in which the payment is made in exchange for delivery of the product at the time the product is delivered. 6. Time of contract formation When the "order confirmation email" is sent from us to the customer, a sales contract shall be formed between the customer and us regarding the ordered products. 7. Purchase slip The "order confirmation email" sent from us to Members by email shall substitute for the "purchase slip," so please keep it safely. 8. Delivery destination Delivery destinations are limited to within Japan. 9. Delivery date Normally, items will be shipped within 3 business days after receiving the order. However, please note that there may be delays due to stock issues. 10. Cancellations, returns, and exchanges (1) You may cancel within 24 hours from the date and time of your order. If you wish to cancel the contract, please contact the inquiry desk on this site. (2) After delivery of the product, cancellations, etc. are only accepted if the shipped product is defective or differs from the ordered product. (Only if you contact us within 7 days of arrival.) We do not accept cancellations or returns due to customer convenience, so please choose carefully when placing your order. (3) Notwithstanding the preceding item, cancellations, returns, or exchanges cannot be accepted for the following products. ・Defective products ・Products more than 7 days after arrival ・Products damaged due to customer negligence ・Opened or used products ・Sale items (4) If there is a clear defect in the product or the wrong item was delivered, we will bear the shipping costs for returns, etc. 11. Warranty Except in the cases described in the preceding article, we provide no warranty whatsoever for defects in sold products. 12. Other notes (1) Some products have a limited sales quantity, and may be unavailable due to being sold out. (2) Some delivered products may differ slightly from the products shown on the website due to specification changes, etc. (3) Product photos posted on the website are actual photographs of the products, but when viewed through a monitor, the colors may differ from how they appear when viewed directly. (4) Please note that we cannot be held responsible in any way for issues arising from undelivered emails or garbled text in emails sent from us to customers or from customers to us. (5) If multiple products are ordered and some items are out of stock, we may, at our discretion, deliver the order only after all ordered items are in stock.

If litigation becomes necessary between us and a Member regarding this site, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction.

Japanese law shall apply to the formation, validity, performance, and interpretation of these Terms.
