If you order directly from us by email, phone, fax, or another method, the shipping fee will be as follows. It may differ from the online shop. Thank you for your understanding.
- Shipping is calculated as one unit for up to six 1.8 L bottles, and one unit for up to 12 bottles of under 1.8L sizes, such as 720mL.
- When mixing products of different sizes, one 1.8L bottle is calculated as two 720mL bottles. Items sold as cases or sets are counted as one unit per case or set, except for some products.
- For each ¥10,800 (tax included) in merchandise, shipping for one unit will be free. (Some exceptions apply)
- If you order many items in special containers, such as ceramic bottles, some may not fit within one unit. In that case, we will contact you when confirming the order.
- If the order includes chilled items, they will be handled as a separate shipment.
A separate chilled shipping fee applies. Depending on size, an additional 330 yen (tax included) or 660 yen (tax included) is required.
*For chilled shipping, 1.8L bottles can be shipped only up to 4 bottles per case. If the order requires 2 or more units, chilled shipping fees will be charged for each unit. - For remote islands and similar areas, we may provide a separate estimate. (We will let you know when we reply)
