■ About Junmai Sake "Katsumasa" and "Tembu"
Our tōji (master brewer), Katsumasa Takagaki, crafts this junmai sake to be enjoyed in its purest form.
Katsumasa and Tembu are primarily offered as unfiltered, unpasteurized, undiluted sake, allowing you to experience them just as they came from the press.
Junmai sake "Katsumasa" and "Tembu" are sold only at authorized retailers.
We do not sell directly from our brewery, so please contact an authorized retailer.
